2024: a Legendary year of recognition for us, our clients, and our trade partners!
This past September, our custom luxury home project in Destrehan, Louisiana, was named New Build of the Year by New Orleans Homes & Lifestyles Magazine and even graced the cover! We also received two awards in the “Best of Homes” category—Best Bathroom Remodeling and Best Kitchen Design—honoring our commitment to quality and design excellence. Last but not least, our very own Ivy Leleux was featured in the magazine’s Interior Designers Profiles.
The Audubon Place Project: New Build of the Year
This highly unique home has become one of our most celebrated projects to date, and it’s easy to see why.
The kitchen and bar in this home stand out with quartzite countertops, sleek flush-panel cabinetry, and high-gloss finishes beautifully balanced by walnut accents. Every detail was meticulously planned, and it shows. As Jason Maenza, owner of Precision Builders, said,
“The design and layout from Legend Interiors is what truly sets this open kitchen and bar area apart from any other.”
Founder and Principal Designer Michael Baudin, along with designer Rachel Murray, were at the helm of this award-winning project. From crafting custom cabinetry throughout the home to creating standout features like the walnut floating corner unit and shelf display, their dedication to detail was key.
